Your online registration will be effective
for any live tax sale performed by SRI. There is no need to
register more than once if you are attending a tax sale performed by SRI. To provide
the easiest check in as possible
please print out and bring the information you will receive via the email that you
provide.
Please register at least 2 working days prior to the sale. If you wait until the
night before the sale we may not
have your information processed and you will have to register again at the sale.

very important that you use correct information.
This information will be used to create your
taxsale receipts and certificates if you
are a winning bidder.

Make sure you enter a proper
email address.
Also make sure your phone number is

Make sure you note your Registration Identification number.
You will need this number at the Tax Sale to expedite your
registration process. Also to make the check in process as
quick as possible, print the W-9 form and Lien Buyers
handout. bring these with you to the Tax Sale.

- Understand that I am obligated to pay, within the time set forth by the auctioneer, any bids declared final by the auctioneer.
- Understand that failure to pay the successful bid amount will result in a penalty of twenty-five (25%) of the bid amount
and that an action may be brought by the county prosecutor to collect said penalty.

I do not owe delinquent taxes, special assessments, penalties, interest, costs directly attributable to a prior tax sale,
amounts from a final adjudication in favor of a political subdivision in this county, any civil penalties imposed for the violation of a
building code or ordinance of this county, or any civil penalties imposed by a health department in this county.
Further, I hereby acknowledge that any successful bid I make in violation of this statement is subject to forfeiture.
In the event of forfeiture, the amount of my bid shall be applied to the delinquent taxes, special assessments, penalties, interest, costs,
judgments, or civil penalties I owe, and a certificate will be issued to the county executive.
