All pre-registered bidders and the associated data have been removed effective August 7, 2015. If you pre-registered prior to that date you will need to pre-register again.


If you are considered a ‘Formal Association’ by the Indiana Secretary of State (Common examples are: Corporations, S-Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Nonprofit Corporations, Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships), you must bring with you to each sale that you intend to bid at a certificate of good standing or authority from the secretary of state to the county treasurer per IC 6-1.1-24-5.1 generated during 2015. The certificates will be kept by each county and not returned.
